Our brains like to try to find the answer to our problems and thinks the answer is “ONE THING.”

“It’s this! It’s this!! This is the reason. Yep, definitely because of this.”
It’s never just one thing.
For example, what did my husband die from? My oldest thinks it was stress. The people caught up in the vaccines want to know if my husband got the shot. No. Well, what about shedding? It’s possible. Then, you have the genetic component.
There are at least 6 other people that have died or dealing with aortic dissections in his family. Then there’s environmental- mold, biotoxins, his diet. And blood pressure, not to mention that he was hooked on nicotine. So, many things.
This is what we do. Try to put things in neat little packages. In reality, the cause of anything is usually a multitude of things.
Like my current issue.
Could my hormones be off due to my pituitary tumor and brain surgeries? Yes.
My mutated MTHFR (Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase) gene. Yes.
Mold in my home? Yes.
My inability to detox well, CIRS (Chronic inflammatory syndrome)? Yes. Twenty-four percent of the population cannot detox well.
My meat-based diet. No (lowering insulin has a positive effect on hormones).
My freakin age? The pharmaceutical company would like us to believe that.
Menopause? The food industry and pharmaceutical companies also want us to believe menopause should be crazy hard. But, if we eat a nutrient-dense, meat-based diet, it is not as hard as they make it out to be.
In summary, it is never just one thing. Especially if you have been sick for a while or have unresolved trauma. You may have raised your cortisol levels, hurt your adrenals, and be stuck in flight, flight, or freeze.
If so, I would explore healing your limbic and nervous systems. There are many ways to do this, including meditation, breath work, yoga, re-writing the story, therapy, exercise, and soothing music.
